Abstract Urban Regeneration (UR) is an approach to urban development contrasting soil consumption by catalyzing social energies reuse existing heritage (brownfields and dismissed buildings). The authors of this chapter are professionals within KCity Ltd., a bespoke consultancy specialized in UR design strategies adopting interdisciplinary approach, derived particular from policy analysis planning. aim investigating the potential practices give contribution scientific debate about Circular Economy its application into development.
